How to Elect a Party Animal

Your HELL’s M’s ExComm has voted to allow Party Animals to be elected at Virtual Regional Gatherings (VRGs). VRGs may be the trend for quite some time. VRGs are still great parties that can be held in the tradition of partying smart.
